Review: L’Oreal Pro Glow Foundation

First Impression

“Super affordable, good packaging and good consistency/coverage upon initial swatching of the product”

At only $16.69 AUD from Chemist Warehouse – This product is incredibly affordable in comparison to others on the market. The hype around the product being so ‘amaze’ had me a little skeptical, but without having to outlay a ridiculous amount of money to give it a go, I was definitely willing 🙂

The packaging is super simple, not too elaborate, good size for travel and I love that it sits upside down and is easy to dispense the product.

Upon initial application on the back of my hand, the product has a nice consistency, not too runny, not too thick and swatches beautifully.
I purchased 3 colours, 201 Classic Ivory, 202 Creamy Natural and 203 Nude Beige.

 Trying It On

“Super natural, good coverage and amazing finish!”

Okay guys, I’ve only used this product once… But I’m dead serious when I say this could well and truly be a dupe for my NARS Sheer Glow Foundation :O !!!

This product is fucking beautiful! The application is easy AF, glides on like butter, has the most beautiful texture/finish to it and just blends so well into my skin!!
Obviously I will continue to try it out and see exactly how it pairs up against the NARS Sheer Glow as to whether or not I can officially say its a dupe. But I will keep you posted. I have incredibly high hopes for this product! ❤

Overall

“Ridiculously beautiful product. Definitely going to be a regular on my beauty table!”

I am so so in love with this product you guys. I wore it all day before I decided to write my ‘overall’ for you. I absolutely love it. Its such a beautiful natural coverage and finish.
I may have used a little too much setting powder over some areas of my face and due to having normal-dry skin it did cling to the dry patches a little, but I think that was due to the over-powdering – I’m a little heavy handed LOL.

But other than that, I have no gripes at all. The only areas it did ‘wear’ a little was around my nose and around my chin, due to excessive touching on my behalf. But even the small amount of ‘wearing’ that did occur, it actually just looked so natural and you couldn’t even tell up close unless you knew what my skin looked like underneath.
It is just so so beautiful! 😀

I highly recommend!!!
