Review & Trial: BabyBee Comet Plus Stroller

Okay my lovelies, over the last 6 months, I’ve been trialling out the gorgeous Babybee Stroller with my toddler and now my newborn.

Since I was pregnant with Leo, we have had a total of 4 strollers so far. All for different reasons, used for different things, and sold for separate reasons.
I’m no expert on prams, but I definitely know what I do and don’t like, what features I do and don’t need and overall a good pram when I see one 🙂

Let’s start with a bit of info about Babybee…

First Impression

It was SUPER easy to put together. A few clicks and velcro and there we are, a stroller.
The leather accent on the handlebar and bumper bar was my first wow moment, it is so beautifully made and the tan colouring caught my eye immediately, especially in contrast of the black hood, it just worked.

I loved the fact that it came with a pram caddy. It’s such a small thing, but such a powerful feature for the brand. It is so convenient to include that.

And that reversible pram liner, one side plush, one side normal – Genius!

Usage

This stroller rolls like a dream! The tyres are great – They work amazingly on all surfaces I’ve tried (road, footpath, grass, gravel, etc) and its just such a smooth ride for bub!

Leo doesn’t often like being in the pram, but for the short while that I used it for him, he was comfortable and happy to perch himself in the large seat 🙂

When Cruz came along, the carseat adaptors were a lifesaver! (The adaptors are an additional accessory)
Clicking the capsule in and out of the car straight onto the pram was such a handy feature. Especially when mumma needed some retail therapy, little Cruz could snooze while I shopped 😛

The storage basket underneath, in conjunction with the pockets on the back of the seat/bassinet as well as the pram caddy; I was spoilt for choice on what to store where. When you’ve got kids, the amount of random crap you’ve gotta drag around with you is ridiculous, but having multiple places to stash your items, its amazing.

The quick 1 step fold and the lightweight frame is literally the best part about this pram. As a c-section mumma, weight of my stroller was always a big concern for me. And the Babybee did not disappoint!

The adjustable handle bar, the flick & step break and the lockable front wheels – All amazing features that make our mum/dad lives just that little bit easier. Every little detail seems to have been thought out thoroughly and carefully by the team at Babybee.

And last but not least, probably both mine & Leo’s favourite thing about the Babybee…
The ride on kick board! Leo is obsessed with his little bike that he gets to scoot around on.
As a kid that went through a phase of ‘having to walk’, I was surprised at how quickly he took to the kick board, the moment I pulled it out of the box, he wanted it strapped to the pram and to get on it.
I spent at least an hour scooting him around the house on it as he was that obsessed.

Overall

I’ve been using the Babybee Comet Plus since November last year, and I’ve gotta say, it really does tick all my boxes. I have completely switched & use it in replacement of all my other prams, and it is by far the easiest!
And you just cannot beat that price point! ❤

As always, I will keep you guys in the loop with anything new I’m trying or loving or hating 😀
