My Haircare Routine (OGX, Ouai Olaplex & Batiste)

Happy Hump Day my lovelies!

Today I wanted to share with you guys what I do to my hair, from washing, to treatments and of course a little bit of dry shampoo (#mumlife).

As a mum, my routine is fairly short & sweet.
I don’t have a lot of time on my hands and I’m usually washing my hair whilst simultaneously washing the bodies of 2 infant humans who rely on me ๐Ÿ˜›

Starting off with washing…

On average, I wash my hair every 3 days (if I’m lucky) it’s usually closer to 5 days ๐Ÿ˜
But never any sooner than 3, I don’t have super oily hair so I can usually get away with it, with a little dry shampoo on day 3 ๐Ÿ™‚

I LOVE my shampoo and conditioner, I’ve been using OGX for over 3 years now, and it just works for me.
I’ve tried a few different ones in their range, but I always come back to my OG which is the Coconut Milk (both in shampoo and conditioner) – It leaves my hair clean, soft, silky, fluffy etc
It’s a match made in shampoo heaven for me.

My in-shower process consists of a double shampoo and rinse. Then condition only from my ears down to the ends.
I let the conditioner soak into my hair for 5-10 minutes whilst I brush my teeth, shave, wash my face etc
Then comb it through and fully rinse it out.

Moving onto treatments…

I have 2 treatments that I use, a mask treatment and my Olaplex treatment.

I get my mask treatment from Sephora (Ouai Masque Treatment) and I pick up my Olaplex from the Hair salon that colours & cuts my hair (Hair&Harlow).

Every Sunday I do a treatment, and I alternate between the two. (One Sunday Ouai Masque, the following Sunday Olaplex).
This is just what works for me, it’s not what anyone has recommended etc.

And last but not least, Dry Shampoo!

I have one and one only that I will ever use. It is my OG, my holy grail and the only Dry Shampoo that I need in my life…
