So as all my lovelies know, I have been *attempting* to work out again after having my bubba 7 months ago.
I gave myself 6 months to fully recover after my second c-section, and then decided to jump back in.
I was quite careful when selecting a program to follow; I don’t need to lose weight or drop body fat or anything.
So I just wanted a program that was going to ‘ease’ me into working out, and something that is going focus on my body as a woman, and not like a lot of weight training, etc.
So I’ve been following these two beautiful girls on Instagram for forever, (Devin Brugman and Natasha Oakley) and when I saw them posting work out videos, I was like “yes! this is exactly what I want” – And when I did some further investigation, I found this trainer who created a program that was literally perfect for me.
So I purchased the BodyByGilles 12 Week Fitness Guide and got stuck in; I plan on just following the program to the end, and then repeating, as it seems to be perfect for me ๐
I’m not following it down to a tee, as I do not have as much time on my hands as the program requires, But I am working out 3 days a week, Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday and I do enough running around / chasing my kids in between to keep my cardio up ๐

I ain’t gonna lie, I almost died after the first workout. I barely made it through the whole thing before getting nauseous and needing a lay down ๐
But let’s keep in mind, I literally haven’t worked out in 3 years :O
But I am 8 weeks in and getting better each time, can do more reps and am less likely to have an asthma attack at the end ๐
And of course I had to get myself some uber cute workout gear <3
Workout Gear:
Rise & Grind Tights in Wine – Size 6 (XS)
Morning Movement Crop Top in Wine – Size 6 (XS)

I of course, will keep you all updated with my fitness journey, and how I am progressing ๐
